Emma rolled in a dead fish!!!! I tried to give her a bath in Lucas's little pool in the backyard and used Lucas's gentle shampoo, but it did make it any better, and now I smell like a dead fish too.
If anyone has any good rememdies for this I'd love to hear it.

Casey's been skunked twice. Luckily it was through a fence so he didn't get the full blast but it's still potent nonetheless. We use the following natural remedy.
1 bottle of 3% hydrogen peroxide
1/4 cup of baking soda
2-4 tbsp of liquid dish detergent or any liquid hand soap
Mix all 3 ingredients together. It will bubble like a science experiment. Rub Emma down with the mixture and try to leave it on for 10-20 minutes. Good luck with that part.
Rinse well and then use a good canine conditioner.
Note: Be careful not to get any in her eyes or ears and don't keep any of the leftover mixture. If you were to put the leftovers in a jar or bottle, you'd eventually have a messy explosion on your hands from the build up of gasses from the peroxide & soda.
Works like a charm!
