Green Tip

Meat trays always use to be stryrofoam, but now are made with a recyclable material. Check the bottoms of them for their numbers to recycle.

Coincidentally, I just realized that this afternoon after 'knocking out the fat' from our chicken with the George Foreman grill. It doesn't take long for the giant blue recycling bins to fill up. When they first came out I thought we'd only fill it once a month - what was I thinking????
