Simplicity

I know I am too late for Beth's theme of the month, but I thought I'd do it anyway, as tonight I had the inspiration for it.

Nathan fell asleep on my chest. It's been such a long time sine he's done that, since he was a newborn. If I am holding him he wants to nurse, so I usually rub his back in bed. But tonight he fell asleep on my chest and I listened to his breathing and thought about simplicity. The most basic human thing, breathing and it sounds so beautiful and peaceful.

I love being a mother.

Till Tomorrow

ooooh when I picture myself as a mom, I picture myself with a sleeping baby on my chest. That must be so incredibly precious. I really hope I can experience it one day!

I love it when we actually take the time to take in those moments. They truly are beautiful and often overlooked.

Those moments truly are so incedible aren't they?

My question is why do those moments/years fly by so fast?
