Backyard Project
One of the things we have been working on this summer is some landscaping projects. We started with the privacy garden at the back (which is not really that private yet) and now we have moved onto the patio under the deck. Originally when we moved here we put grass down everywhere, it was a great solution becuase we love to be outside. But the grass didn't really work very well under the deck, so instead we are putting in a patio. Here are Darryl and Lucas putting in the base.

Lucas is such a good helper! Those tampers are so fun. I got to use one for the first time last year and I loved it.

Hi Jenn, just dropping a line. What kind of camera do you have? I was reading your previous posts and was wondering what type of lens you are looking for?
I just bought a Nikon D70s from a client and it is a pretty sweet 9and large) rig. Do you have an SLR?
That is such a cute shot of the boys working. By the way, I am able to open the picture properly now and save it to my files. Thank you for whatever you have changed. I treasure the pictures I collect off the blog. Can hardly wait to see the finished product of a lovely patio.
