2012

Well we are coming to the end of 2012 and it was a really good year.  Honestly the last bunch of years have all been really good.  I think I have moved past the stage of big monumental things happening, like getting married, buying a house, having kids into just enjoying all those monumental things.  I'm very grateful for this stage as I know things can change quickly, so I will enjoy and cherish all of these wonderful times with family and friends.   Here is the yearly video with some picture highlights.

Different Generations

Tonight in the car we were coming home talking about what we were going to do when we got there.  Lucas asked to watch a Christmas movie, so I suggested Home Alone Two.  I said "I'm taping that".  Lucas asked "what's taping mean"  It made Darryl and I laugh quite a bit.  Darryl explained to him it was the same as recording.  "Ahhh" said Lucas, "I thought it was some kind of sport I'd never heard of". 

Makes me feel old, how quickly technology changes...
